Isopod
The cable with a memory... maximises efficiency. The inside of equipment racks often looks as if the cat has gotten into Granny's knitting. Here we provide some organisation! The ISOPOD SO-F is a 2-wire foil-shielded cable with a compact outer diameter of .130 inch or .165 inch. The cable is mostly used for inside wiring of audio and HiFi-components. It has a ̉memorỷ effect and can be installed ̉around corners̉ without any problems.
The copper strands of the respective wire pairs are pre-twisted and can be stripped very easily. For easy connection the cable has an additional pre-twisted and tin-plated drain wire. It is shielded with AL/PT-foil, which automatically adheres to the jacket during stripping.
The ISOPOD SO-F50 has a larger wire diameter (2 x 0.50 mm2) and is preferred for use with crimp contacts.
The ISOPOD SO-F22 is also available with a solid conductor. Add an ̉M̉ when ordering.
The ISOPOD SO-F22D has a 110 Ohm surge impedance (Order-No. 500-0406).
