The best in every way... The new MULTICAT in an FRNC-jacket is just the cable for CAT.5 applications. This cable is very diverse for application in data and network technologies and is used wherever one CAT-5 cable is not adequate or additional telephone or RS232-cables are needed. Based on the surge impedance of 100 - 110 the MULTICAT can also be ămisused̉ for DMX-signals.
Even for video technology operating with CAT.5 (adaptation of the 75 Ohm surge impedance in unit interface or plug connector) this cable is used more often. Diverse environmental influences will not harm it. This is ensured by the compact construction with overall braided coppper -shielding and the robust FRNC-jacket (according to IEC60332.1).
