VIM-MY32Features: 16 channels per card, head amp control The VIM-MY32 allows Yamaha digital console users to interface with their LightViper system using direct digital fiber optic input. These cards come in Master and Slave models. Fiber connections available on these cards are ST, LC (Neutrik OpticalCon) and TAC-4. Each card contains 16 inputs, with the master cards also containing 8 outputs each. These cards operate at 24bit/48k only. The cards can be master clock, or can slave to an external clock. A switch on the master card circuit board determines this setting. Various channel counts can be had using different card combinations – 16x8, 32x8, 48x16 and 64x16. The master and slave cards are connected via a high speed Neutrik MiniCon connector cable. |
